BASIC Boot Camp
The Sarge School basic bootcamp is designed to introduce you to the idea that anyone can get interest and attraction from the opposite sex. Its designed to teach you a flexible structure, like a guide, to help you go through stages – and to remind you of what is likely to be the next thing to do – or possibly what you left out, when interacting with people.
We teach you what women find attractive in a man – it may not be what you initially thought.
We teach you how to ‘flick the switches’ of women to have them find you attractive – and interesting, without you appearing conceited.
We cover areas such as body language – there are certain ways men of power, influence and confidence stand and walk. These elements are attractive – simply by changing your body language, you change the way people look at you. By improving your body language, you can appear more attractive to women – immediately.
Never be that man again who has nervous habits, who doesn’t take up too much space, has an apologetic posture, walk in a an unsure manner, stands with his feet together, slouches, looks limp.
Have women perceive you positively – immediately.
We cover areas of story telling, entertainment – converting your conversation to have it laced with situations in your life that would see you as having attractive qualities.
We cover goal setting – what you want in the long and short term. Regarding relationships, marriage, to sleep with a lot of women, or simply to have a more social personality.
We teach to a structure that works very well with in the pick up community and gently expose you to the stages infield, out in bars, clubs, shops, or restaurants.
As this is the basic course – the primary area of improvement our students have is approach anxiety. We therefore focus our bootcamp upon this – you will meet people who are in a similar situation as yourself. We break down why we generally have approach anxiety and ways of harnessing the nervous energy – and realising that we are in less of a threat than we think. The trainers will approach people in field and show you how to do it. Soon after a few simple exercise, you will too.
We pair you with the appropriate trainer, when you go out to ‘sarge’ who will give you a specific structure to follow which may differ to the other students. This way, your bootcamp is personalised to you.
We usually don’t allow more than 6 students, as we have 6 trainers and wings. We like to keep the ratio of students to trainers 1:1. This maximises the time each student has with experienced help.
The structure of the bootcamp is as follows:
Friday evening usually starts around 6pm – it is advisable to arrive at 5.45 so we can start promptly. The evening usually finishes around midnight.
Instructors introduce themselves and the students briefly talk about why they came, and what they expect to get from the class, including what their past experience is, what material they have seen, read or heard, and what their long and short term goals are.
The lectures feature powerpoint presentations that are either projected on a wall, or on a large plasma screen.
We then have 2.5-3 hours of instruction and exercises that put what we, the instructors, have learnt, and then put into stages and mock situations, among the ‘safety’ of our group – before we go infield.
We then go out and socialise with people from 9pm-midnight.
You will see us approach and gain some interest in groups – then maybe leave after a minute.
Some people only need to see it in real life to believe that walking up to strangers and getting attraction and interest, in minutes, is not as difficult as first thought.
We will gently have you approaching sets for a few seconds, then a longer, then a little longer still. Each time we give feedback.
We then continue this throughout the evening, focussing on what we have learnt in the lecture, and other key points your wing/trainer may suggest. Whatever area you think you may need to focus on, it may not be actually the area you really need to work on.
Saturday we are likely to start around 5-6pm, until midnight. Again, in a private, quiet room, in a bar or club.
We work on body language, and its important and more work on what to include in our conversation to exhibit traits of attractive masculine qualities.
We would, again, spend 3 hours in field to work on areas learnt and focus on personal areas of improvement.
Before we go infield – we may also include some exercise that bring you into a positive & energetic state – ready for whatever the evening has in store.
Throughout the night your wing/trainer will tweak your approaches, encourage you to open groups of people, we will open some groups for you – and introduce you into them.
The weekend is structured so that you gradually push you to do things that you find uncomfortable – the more you find certain situations uncomfortable, the more satisfaction, and sense of achievement you will feel, afterwards.
It is important to see every situation as a result. It doesn’t mean it’s a result if you only get a phone number. A result may be simply stopping 2 girls in the street, getting directions, and getting a smile from them.
This kind of warm up is always encouraged before even stepping into a bar, infield.
